I have some wheels that are coated in chrome that came with my mustang. They are beautiful wheels. The caps have a picture of an arrow on them. How do I figure out what brand they are and where to get parts? Specifically I need more cap nuts and it might not be a bad idea to get replacement caps. Also I need a special tool I lost for removing the cap nuts and screwing them on.
Usually there is a manufacturer stamp and/or part number on the inside of the wheel or one of the spokes, this could help you determine where the wheels came from and who made them.
It sounds like you have locking lug nuts, which require a special tool/socket to remove - these are not usually specific to one wheel manufacturer. However, if you don't have the key it can be nearly impossible to remove them - most auto parts stores (Napa, Auto Zone, Pep Boys, etc.) sell a wheel lock removal tool to solve this but you will need to replace those nuts after removing them. Most repair shops can also remove the locking lugs for you.

Also, DUB has a protracted meaning of large (referring to the size of the wheel trims as mentioned in the previous answer.
