Is there a TIRE CLEANER that cleans both wheels AND tires through a ONE step process, SPRAY? without rinsing?
Belly of the Shuttle

Just got a new car and usually take it to the touchless automatic car wash.
The tires and wheels come out of the car wash partially cleaned.

I'm hoping that I can periodically (weekly) clean the tires/wheels through a ONE STEP SPRAYING process. When I look in the auto department of Wal Mart, most cleaners were only for tires OR only for wheels.

go to an auto parts store and look for mothers wheel and tire foam or wheel and tire cleaner they make a one step spray that you spray on your wheels and tires that will clean with out having to spray off,

How to remove tires/wheels from a 1998 Audi S8?
Right vs. Left

Is there a wheel release of some kind on a 1998 Audi S8? We are trying to take the tires off the Audi and just won't budge. Maybe there is a release latch of some kind? No owners manual in the car. Thank you

What are the risks or possible damage on car when putting 20" wheels/tires on a car? ?
The Ritz

I just put 20" wheels/tires on my 2004 Pontiac Grand Prix GT. I want to lower the car now and would like suggestions of possible damage to car, engine, suspension or any part of car. Any ideas for price and product to lower car safely would be helpful as well. thank you.
The regular size that I bought the car with was 16" tires. Can I get information on lowering the car without issues down the road. I would rather do all work at once to prevent problems later.

the car was designed with 15inch wheels, the suspension and brakes were designed with 15inch wheels... putting 20's on looks cool, and overloads the steering, and the brakes when going quickly, also itll not display the correct MPH speed...

Where can I find replacement wheels/tires for antique tricycles?
Cycling

These are 1930's vintage. They have spoke wheels. The tires are the hard rubber type that have a wire loop inside holding them on.

I would try a proper bicycle shop (not the bicycle section at Wal-Mart)

Can I swap 325i sports package tires and wheels for regular?
White Car

I have a 2004 BMW 325i wagon with the sports package. The low profile tires keep blowing, so I'm thinking of swapping them out for regular wheels and tires. Are the outer diameters of the two tires the same? Or are there other suspension parts I'll have to swap out as well?
Different tires in the rotation have blown for different reasons. One caught a nail. Another just blew on the freeway. The others I don't know. We're not driving on particularly rough road, and not scraping the curb, and no problems with neighbors :) I just think it's that the low profile of these tires makes them too vulnerable to any little thing. Are we the only ones having trouble with these tires?

The real question here is why are the tires blowing?
Are they rubbing something?
Have you been running objects or curbs over?
Have you been going too fast over very uneven pavement?
Do you keep getting road debris punctures?
Do you have angry neighbors?
Do you ride your brakes(can over-heat the inside of the rim)?
Are the tires properly inflated?
Do you have a damaged rim?

If you haven't isolated the cause of your blow-outs then you will likely continue to have problems even with regular tires.

Also, to not have low profile tires you will need smaller rims to maintain the proper outer diameter. If you just put on tires with a taller side wall you will get error in the speedometer and Odometer.

As stated above, tirerack.com is your friend.
