Custom Car Wheels

I saw in many documentaries on customs car whereby they use this amazing machine to cut custom wheels for car and motorcycle. I'm wondering what is the name of this machine and how much it costs?

What you're looking for is a CNC (Computerized Numerical Control) automatic milling machine. A new one will cost several hundred thousand dollars (US)

ok im tryin' to figure out if i have to re-align my car first before puttin' some custom wheels on it. Or do i have to alignmy car fist after i put the custom wheels?..any 1 help?

no at all. in fact that's the best thing to do. that way they can set the alignment at factory specs b4 u put wheels on it

I have noticed a vibration in my steering wheel. It seems to go away once the tires have been rotated and balnced. I have had to have this done about every 1500 miles. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Make sure the shop doing the balancing is using the correct style weights for the wheels. Stamped steel wheels use weights that clip onto the rim. Alloy wheels have a thicker rim and usually need self-adhesive weights that stick to the inside of the rim. The clip on the clip-on weight is not big enough and can loosen up and cause the weight to fall off. Also, make sure you check pressure often. Low pressure will wear out your tires much faster.

I have custom rims on my car but they dont have the same wheel nuts like normal cars have. What will I have to use in order to remove them?

you should have gotten a key that is for those wheels only
