I have a 1998 Audi A6 Quattro with 16" 9 spoke wheels, I am looking to replace all four of them, I know they don't include the lug nut caps or center audi logo which is fine.
I am looking at getting them cheaper than $187 a piece and NOT from ebay, not worth it. Thanks.

Is there a wheel release of some kind on a 1998 Audi S8? We are trying to take the tires off the Audi and just won't budge. Maybe there is a release latch of some kind? No owners manual in the car. Thank you

I have a 1995 Nissan Primera with 4 stud alloy wheels and I want to know if wheels from a 1998 Audi A4 would fit straight onto my car without having to make any modifications. Any ideas?
Both the Audi wheels and the Nissan are 4 stud.
The wheel itself should fit under the arch, I need to know if the hubs the wheel fit onto and the distance of the wheel bolts are the same on both cars.
Audi wheels used to have 3 different stud patterns:
4-stud - 100mm PCD
4-stud - 112mm PCD
5-stud - 112mm PCD
I'm not sure if these are still the norm.
You'll need to measure it on both your car and on the Audi wheels. PCD is easy to measure on a 4-stud wheel - measure from the outside of one bolt hole to the inside of the opposite one.
You'll also need to know if the wheel offset is the same, or you'll be putting different stresses onto your steering and suspension components which could lead to a catastrophic failure. The offset is the measurement in millimetres between the wheel centreline and the mounting face, and will be stamped or embossed on the wheel, usually on the outer face near the bolt holes, underneath the centre cap if there is one, and is preceded by the letters "ET" (e.g. ET38 is a 38mm offset).
Most Audi alloy wheels are made by BBS or Ronal. The same design of wheel may be available from the manufacturer in a size to suit your car even if that size doesn't suit any Audi.
