best thing to do would be to go to tirerack.com put in your probe and check the bolt pattern, and do the same with the audi, if they show up the same then its all good. if you will be buying these rims... if the bolt pattern matches, try one on first and see if it hits the caliper or if it rubs the strut when you spin the tire. depending on the size of the rim and the tire you might have to get thinner profile tires to cleat the strut where the spring sits.

I have a 2002 audi TT with 225/45-17 wheels on it, and I've been thinking upsizing to the RS6 replica wheels
( 19x8 5-100 30S wheels) but my question is if the new wheels will fit my car without compromising the ride and handling?
Will I need spacers? or any additional thing?

They fit but you will need 35 series tires and that will sacrifice ride quality. Handling and looks will improve though. You might not notice but your car will be slower in a straight line because you will be adding rotational weight and a lot of it.

O_o All cars have brakes on all four wheels. Now if you mean four wheel DISC brakes then that depends on the year of the car and its really easy to find out. Look at your rear tires if the brake assembly looks just like the front then you have four wheel disc brakes if not then you have drums in the back.

“Shelley” is an Audi TTS that looks basically stock — until you notice that it’s hitting the highway with nobody in the driver’s seat. It’s being prepared to run up Pikes Peak as early as next year at speeds approaching 130 miles an hour with full computer and GPS control. Test runs will be done with a “safety driver,” but then Shelley goes it alone. “The timeline is dictated by how quickly we can convince ourselves that the overall system is safe,” Mr. Gerdes said.
