I have a 2009 dodge journey with the 3.5l v-6 engine. I am looking for bosch platinum 2 or 4 plugs. Bosch website has no listing for the plugs. NGK part number 7781 is for the Journey. Since this engine is used in many dodge and chrysler vehicles from different years I am sure Bosch makes these plugs. I am either looking for the cross number from NGK to Bosch or the Dodge part number and cross it over to the Bosch plugs. Thank you so much.
The reason why I want to change to the bosch plugs is because of better gas mileage. . I am asking for cross part numbers only. Either the dodge part number or the bosch part number which will fit in the Journey. I had bosch plugs in my mustang and loved them. I did get better mileage with my mustang than the oem plugs. A coworker said he put them in his vehicle and got 4 more mpg. I found them for $6 a plug. I am willing to spend $36 to see if they work or not as far as MPG.
