I have some american racing rims. These were on a 91 Celica ST. The size of tires is P195/50R15. 4x100 lug pattern. Would these fit a mustang four bolt pattern?

Yes, they are good. They are decently light-weight and relatively cheap. As long as you don't abuse them they'll hold up very well over years.
