Nissan Rims

I had a nissan altima and i still have the stock rims still available. The rims are in good condition. I would like to know what is a good selling price for these rims.

Go on eBay and do a search for the stock rims. Click the advanced option tab and click on Show Only Ended Auctions. It will show you the average prices that your rims are selling for.

This is not meant to be racist or condescending in any way, its just something that i've observed.

Why do latinos put 20" chrome rims on their nissan altimas and maximas? Everytime i see one of those cars driven by a latino, it always has humongous chrome rims. Why? Does this have anything to do with cultural aspects?

Because they have money and you don't.

I want to change my rims from my Nissan Maxima 1995. How much would it cost to get those nice ones ?

I paid $960 on ebay for tires and wheels.. 18X8.5

You would probably be happy with 17X7.5 which would cost you about $800.

Just make sure your getting the wheels with tires mounted and balanced. That way you (or one of your friends) can put them on for you and all you will need is an alignment

I am buying the SL version of the vehicle and you can only get the 18" rims with it (here in Canada). To order them from the Nissan dealership would be very costly.

check with your local junkyard for wrecked and totaled cars.

also try rim and tire shops they take trade ins for ppl that are getting tricked out

I want to upgrade to an aftermarket rim for my nissan titan. I am confused how this will affect my tire pressure sensors. My dealer said not an issue if I stay with a similar rim but offered no other details. Is the sensor located in or on the factory rim, if so, can it be transfered easily to a new rim? I do not want a constant idiot light showing on my dash.

Most sensors are part of the valve stem. If you can transfer them to the new wheels you should be ok.
