20 Rims

Can my 20" rims while driving make my truck go faster than what is read on the odometer?

Changing from the stock wheel sizes will definitly throw your speedo off. The larger wheel will travel more distance then the stock wheel- in one rotation - it might actually read slower. You can get replacement speedo gears. Keep in mind larger wheels will also change your gear ratios - the better milage you get with stock tires , youd get worse with larger wheels ( more fuel to push them around/added weight).
If you got 20" rims with tires the same diameter as your stock wheels, it wouldnt change anything tho.
Id like to get a set of 20's on my 99 f150 - came stock with 16" rims.

I like rims with alot of spokes. The 20" Privat Vulkans Titanium Mirror finish looks nice. Any suggestions, feed back, tips, w/e will help. Thanks!

Very good wheel choice. The Dark slate is my favorite color for the Maxima. Go head and slap on those rims. Looks like the rims were made for it.

I know which rims I want to buy, I was just wondering what some of the low end rims cost? and I know you can only go up to a 20" rim on the 2001 mustang but if you put a lift kit on you could fit 22"s couldnt you?

To be honest with you, huge rims on a Mustang "stereotypes" your car. Anything bigger than 18 looks out of place, but to each his own.

I have a 2005 Jeep grand cherokee with the standard 17 inch rims and i plan on getting 20"s installed.. I was wondering, what would be the negatives? i.e. gas mileage, ride comfort ect...

Gas mileage, speedometer off, pre mature wear of wheel bearings, pre mature wear of suspension parts, ride height, comfort. I wouldn't waste your money, if they were safe to have on that year jeep, they would have come from the factory with 20's. There is thousands of hours of engineering and planing when making new cars.
