Will tesco insurance charge to transfer my insurance from my original car to the courtesy car while it is being repaired, if so how much is it likely to cost?
I insured through Zurich with an insurance broker and have had a free courtesy car for 3 weeks (repairs delayed due to inclement weather).
The policy also includes legal expenses and breakdown assistance as standard - so why anyone would want to buy policies on-line is beyond me.
As you can see - when you need to claim under a policy - the price you paid for it is the least of your concerns.
I just renewed my car insurance with tesco, and forgot to put my clubcard number in to get the points. Is there anyway of adding them on somewhere so I dont miss out? If not, then its stupid!

i've just had a crash and have made a claim, they are sending someone out to value the car, has anyone had any experience with them are they good at paying out?
They are notorious for dragging out claims and not paying out. Sometimes the cheapest insurers are actually the worst, it pays to spend more money
i cancelled my car insurance with tesco last year due to the fact that i sold my car. they send me a letter 3 weeks ago saying that i have to pay the rest of the annual fee back to them. i don't drive a car anymore, am i still suppose to pay for car insurance even if i don't have a car. as far as i know i only have to pay the cancellation fee. is this correct?

I took out the insurance a month ago, the deposit was £119 and I pay £50 a month insurance (New driver) I also got £50 cashback with the policy which I'll most probably have to pay back.
I'm having to cancel it early as I am moving abroad and no longer need it, will I get some of the £119 back? Also, if I cancel half way through the month, do I get a partial refund? I have looked on the site but can't find these answers!

When you pay monthly for car insurance and cancel early, you are still liable to pay the whole amount of the insurance premium for the year. What happens now, is they will take money off you for "Time on risk". tis will then be credited ti you so you have less of a balance to pay back.
