I have already contacted The Dept. Of Commerce & Insurance about the situation, but still no justice! The wreck was not my fault and they know that, yet they still will not cover the full balance of my D**M Car! I've been with them for 8yrs!

i have to wait til my next paycheck to pay my car insurance but the due date for the bill is march 16 and i dont get paid til the 21st. what happens? i have commerce insurance if that helps.
I think they just add a fee. They don't discontinue your insurance unless you don't pay for a few months.
Hi. I currently own a car insurance with Commerce Insurance Company. It will be expiring this month end. I am thinking to change to Progressive Insurance starting next month.

Get your new insurance about 15 days before the other one is going to run out, and tell them you want to start it in 15 days from today.
Phone or contact your old insurer and tell them "how much is the fish" &%... uh no I mean.... tell them that you won't be renewing the policy with them and bye bye S**ers

I am trying to cancel my car insurance I have with commerce. My insurance is gonna expire until this september, anyone who use commerce and know if I can cancel it before that? I am trying to do it online, there is a option call "delete policy", is that the one you use to cancel? And where you can find your agent information online, cuz I don't remember their phone number.

You can cancel a policy anytime you want. You will receive a pro-rated refund for the unused portion. If you have an agent, I would call the agent. If not, They have two 800 numbers listed. I would call them and not rely on doing it on-line.. When considering insurance, you may get better service by buying from a company who has an agent that has a local office so you can get better service. Trying to buy and do business with an insurer on line or by phone is not the best way do business with such an important thing as Insurance
Next year will make three years that i have had auto insurance through commerce insurance. I got a newer car this year and my rate went up $600. I was wondering if it was true that your rates drop after being insured for three years. And if they do is there a percent that they drop in MA.
