I am wondering if the discount is for 3.0 or higher cumulative on the transcript or does it just count for the last quarter. For example, i am in college and i had a 2.7 last quarter but my overall gpa is 3.3. do i get the good student discount?

I go to a catholic school and my grading scale is 93-100(a) 92-86(b) and 85-77(c) . I got a 2.93 grade point average getting decent grades, but getting the percentages i got in this school would of been much more the 2.93 I got with this grading scale. Do car insurance companies account for the unfair advantage that public schools get? I have state farm. Thanks for all who answer. With the percentages i got in those classes my grades would be a's and b's in public school standards, and then my gpa would be more the the 2.93 gpa i got with the challenged grade scale.
To answer your question for a good student discount you need a gpa of 3.0. and you recieve a lower car insurence bill. And it is easier for public students to get that, rather then my private school. **sorry i left that out
