I am moving to the US (I am a Canadian Citizen), how much should I look to pay for car insurance in Miami?
Depends on lots of things like the kind of car you drive, coverage you want, your age, driving record...etc....etc....etc! You need to call an insurance company or go to an insurance site like Progressive or E-Surance and get a quote. Your question is too general for anyone to answer...!

me and my boyfriend r trying to move out, its really necesary because my parents r moving far and if i go with them i cant see him again, anyways we have enough money, we both have money saved up and im working, we have enough to pay the bills, now the problem is that in november my bf had a terrible car accident, he was in the hospital for almost 2 months and now he needs a new car and he cant work unntil august because he is still recovering and his insurance rate (our insurance if we live in the same place) is going up the roof, im talking 800$ monthly just for his car, not to mention adding mine up too whicj i have a perfect record but he doesnt. now my question is, does anybody know how we can diminish the payments drastically any company or anything? please please please im open to any suggestions and we r desperate

I think there are some details you are leaving out. Yes it's possible for insurance for a single vehicle to be $800/month (despite David from Landa "We're being investigated for unethical business practices" Insurance's claim), however in order to get that high your boyfriend would have to be under 25, driving a sports or high end luxury vehicle and have some serious moving violations (DUI, Careless Driving, Dangerous Driving, etc). We already know he has one at fault accident, any others? There's nothing he can do about his age. If he is driving a high end or sports car and/or he does have some serious moving violations then it's time to sell the vehicle and buy an old beater for cash and insure it for liability only. This will help bring the premium down. You can always shop around, however if any of the conditions I mentioned before are true there aren't going to be too may options, however at this point anything can help.

Good luck on this! You need to talk to a local, independent agent. If it were me, I'd sell you a garage liability policy, because you're business is servicing/maintenance of vehicles, scheduling whichever vehicle makes you "mobile". It's NOT CHEAP.
