Allstate Car Insurance

I have allstate car insurance and my passenger side window was smashed and gps stolen and I later found out some other items were stolen too. I was in a rush when I filed the police report because I had to get to work. Does allstate contact the police to get a copy of the police report? should i call the police and fix the report or just tell the claims adjuster whats missing when i meet with him

I have liability with an insurance company in Kentucky but I'm not satisfied with it. AllState seems like it has a lot more to offer than my insurance company if you were to get in any sort of accident including accident forgivness and towing services.

My girlfriend was in an accident on Friday where a girl made an illegal left hand turn out of a bank and my girlfriend was going straight on the road and they collided. Now the police report has it down as the other girls fault but when we call her insurance company they told us all they do is reimburse you. What if you don’t' have the money to rent a car or even a credit card? Is there anything that I could do that by law make them pay? I live in New York (Long Island). Allstate was not helpful at all. Also you can not drive with the air bags deployed but is it illegal to drive the car if you had the air bags removed and not replaced yet.

In my experience the insurance companies have always just reimbursed me. Sorry. But then, I was the one at fault, so seems to me if she's not at fault they would be more accomodating. But that is the way it normally goes, reimbursement.

I was actually in a car accident earlier tonight & my car isn't drivable . It'll probably take a couple weeks to be fixed so I'm going to need a rental. My car insurance is Allstate & after speaking with them I was told they cover $30 a day on a rental car.

Does anyone know if there is a certain rental car company they're associated with or if it's $30/day at any rental car company?

Enterprise rental Car has special rate for Allstate. They will even set up direct billing with Allstate so you don't have to pay a penny. Make sure you tell Enterprise you only want a car for $25 so tax and fees will add up $30.

hi, i live in NJ and i have Allstate car insurance, i was in a accident and have full coverage including rental. How does getting/returning a rental while the repairs are done work? Allstate says they will provide a rental while repairs are being done. Ive never had a accident before requiring body work and am new to thanks for the advice.
